I pulled this link from the grsecurity mailing list. This patch
version it supposed to address a DOS (oh no, an M$ attack) weak spot.
The patch is in a maintainers personal dir and may or may not make it
to the site main page..

From reading the mailing list dialogs it sounds like it be a while
before there is a patch to 2.6.16.
