building hlfs using clfs is not broken after all i used uclibc 20070316 busybox 1.4.1 binutils-2.17 gcc 4.1.2 gmp mpfr linux-6.19.2 with grsec and other standard hlfs stuff
and it all builds with hardened specs. i had to compile uclibc twice though. once before the static build and once more after the gcc cross final. otherwise the mysterious textrel 0x0 will make ldso crash consistently. maybe if we can make ldso ignore textrels with 0x0 i we dont need to do that. this is the first successful hlfs build i have done in more than 8 months. -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/hlfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
