Compile the map (uncheck "run map") and in the window that pops up HIGHLIGHT, COPY, and PASTE.
Don't attempt to attach your compile.log *file* to a post, as it is almost assuredly larger than 10 MB. It contains all the compile log outputs from *every compile you've ever done* for that map. We only need the most recent.
