thx for the info. I will try it your way too. 
I've noticed that a "unknown" tag  added to the "hobix post blog
whatever"  tags:  unknown   entry creates a new tag_section. That is
wonderfull! 


Tags now work great. The only thing I'm eager to implement is the
comments  to my blog entry's. I have enabled all plugin's for comments
but it still does not show the possibillity to add a comment after each
blog post. 

Maybe you could help me with that ?
