I have a table-plus that displays some columns that are calculated
from has_many and belongs_to associations. The index action uses
apply_scopes with :search, :order_by, and filter conditions. Is there
a way to preload child rows as with find()'s :include to avoid extra
database queries? Or do I need to call find myself and get the
results to hobo_index? I've been playing around with it but haven't
yet hit on the right syntax.
