If you create your company and assign it to the user in
User.after_create then you should be able to pick it up in the
activation template and tack it into the url here.
activation.erb in views/user_mailer
Change how the link gets created to something like this.
<%= (user_activate_url :host => @host, :id => @user, :key =>
@key).sub("/users","/" + @user.company + "/users") %>
