I coded a fix for this but was unable to submit a pull request due to
some problems using github. I made the change in two files, one
defining a Rails>=2.3 flag and the other file with the conditional
switching of the order of the input fields.

Whenever I edited one file on github the other became non-editable
regardless of the order in which I edited the files. I was able to
submit the fixes to the fork via the msysgit GUI tool but the author
for the changes then was listed as unknown. Am waiting for the github
folks to come up with a fix or suggest a workaround.
