Maybe I'm missing something obvious (seems like each time I start one of these posts I figure out a work around before I hit post) but I'm not sure how one is supposed to use the transition-button tag or the clean way of getting a link to a transition form. Currently, I've manually made a form for one and manually created the href for a link. I did get transition buttons working on already existing lifecycles but have had no such luck for the create part.
