Bryan, it wasn't my intent to spark a political discussion, this is probably not a good forum for that, or suggest that Hobo should go that way. It would be good for such licenses to be developed though. For those that believe in the "get what you give" philosophy we do not want what we do to be used for harm of any kind. It would be a way for those that create technology to retain some minimal control over it to prevent its use for harm. If you don't want to use that kind of license you are free not to, but to say that it shouldn't exist or be used by others is wrong. I will look for the FAQs you made mention of.
