Hi,
this error is thrown whenever I try to enter administration subsite
(logged in as the administrator) by clicking on the Administration
hyperlink in the front page, the app is the start of an hello world to
test hobo 1.3.0.pre18 and rails 3.0.3, to reproduce (on a Linux Mint
10 Julia):
hobo new freelance
sudo apt-get install libsqlite3-dev
sudo bundle install
hobo g setup_wizard (because the hobo new didn't found sqlite3, so i
had to install it then reruna the setupwizard)

Do you want to prevent all access to the site to non-members? y
... For the other settings I accepted the default value, and choose
to migrate

rails server (webrick)
Create Administrator user, login, then click on the Administration
hyperlink on the right low edge of the page, here is the error:
