Hello there, I need to create system that sends reports via email. My problem is: when it sends email when it needs to create a ticket
How can a make a ticket table that inherits some fields from the report table. Lets see: Report (system, status, description, date) Ticket [inherits all fields above, except description because it haves is own, plus TTR (Time to resolve de problem)].
