Hopefully I started this thread correctly. Not sure why or how I
hosed up the last one.
I just got a question from one of my beta testers (an enthusiastic, but
not necessarily computer savvy, Real Estate agent). She wanted to know
the purpose of the Remember Me checkbox on the login page since it
didn't seem to do anything whether it was checked or not.
Actually it was a very good question; I hadn't given it a second thought
during months of development and testing. I just presumed that since it
was there, it did something reasonable.
I tried her experiment and I can't see any effect of setting or clearing
it either. I setup a test website with all of the conditions my main
site uses (Invite only, no open pages, etc.) and repeated the test (took
5 minutes, isn't Hobo wonderful?). Still no apparent effect.
Anyone have a similar problem/solution?
