Hi Desiree - Not sure if i have a correct understanding of the process for you to do the downloads but what i would do is this, if possible.
Mozilla is your web browser. Use it to download the file but not to open the file. What i mean by that is download the file and save it to your desktop or a folder on your computer. Then, without using Mozilla, you use the unzip program separately to open the file that you have saved. See if you can do that. If it gives you trouble you could reach me with ICQ if i am online - it might be easier than using email.
