I have successfully downloaded this programm, and tried it out with Francis. I could hear him very well; the sound quality is quite good. But something still seems to be wrong with the mic functions on my computer, so I could not talk ack (only on the phone; we were simultaniously on the phone and on the computer) When I go the the HolyGeek chat feature voicechat is disabled there too, for me and it sais what is wrong. Francis exactely knew what to do about it. And it happens so that he can arrive any minute now to fix it. So then i should be able to participate in Voicechat :-) And I am certainly interested!. I think Francis won't mind when I forward the info on how to download Teamspeaks to this list: ======================================================= Some steps: *. Install program TeamSpeak2 Client for windows or linux, prerequisites - a working headphone and microphone + soundcard setup. http://www.teamspeak.org/_download.php *. I've setup a TS2 server and you can manually connect to this Short steps: - Go to menu: connection - then in local address book, right mouseclick next to server - choose "add a server" - give it a label - for example ProjeX - server address: 81.206.36.214 - use your nickname or firstname - select "anonymous" - leave all default or blank and connect. Whenever I am available you will see 'Francis' and you can try if you can speak to me. I've not tested it, and I am not sure if it works - perhaps someone can test it with me (sent mail for appointment). If it doesn't work, there is nobody there, or the TS2 server is offline you can try the next option: * You can also go to public TeamSpeak2 servers by clicking on the links on the right of the official TeamSpeak server: http://www.teamspeak.org/ The audience are usually young males engaged in cybergaming (UT2004, BF1942/Vietnam.. etc.). You can then go to the "Public Talk" channels and see if you hear something, say something back and get some meaningfull interaction.
