Hi holygeek,
I am working on tmxxine Faqs 0.2 in OpenOfiice FAQS 0.2 http://www.zen45800.zen.co.uk/faqs/ I am putting a page together of recommended software - any thoughts . . . This is all I have so far =============== Software used and recommended at tmxxine holygeek PC pricelessware http://www.pricelessware.org/ Linux Fedora Open Source Red Hat Mandrake - Knoppix - http://www.knoppix.org/ Gentoo - POV-ray Linux and Windows ray tracing Curl Programming language, recently aquired by Japanese company Xbasic Linux and Windows programming Netlogo uses Logo to out put Java Knotplot requires competent graphics card to view anims ============ I recently downloaded and made contacted with a guy in Turkey called Han Erim http://www.aliceinphysics.com/ His program was created with actionscript - sadly most of the software required is commercial but what is interesting is how sophisticated Action script can be . . . (and most of flash does not require programming) Powerbullet will create simple .SWF and OpenOffice will output in this format m m m . . . maybe Tmxxine Faqs 0.3 should be in .SWF format . . .? Lobster ================= Hello Ed Jason It is as Macromedia Flash movie (swf file). I wrote it by flash action scripts. And then I complied it by MDM Flash Pro Studio and I made it a projector exe file. You can only change its movie size by its own control options from the top bar of the movie. Use 800x600 or higher 1024 x 768 screen resolution. The "standart" windows option of the Alice Movie sets the "projector size" to 650 x 500. This is the orginal size of the movie.
