It seems that others might disagree. For example, Lobster explicitly 
used the phrase "with everyone's agreement" as he wrote in his post, 
which i am pasting here:

In the spirit of "everyones agreement" i pointed out that it is 
unreasonable to schedule the chats for when people are still asleep. 

I would never think of scheduling them for when people are in bed.

This is no different than what i pointed out last time someone 
suggested having the chats at a time when people are still asleep 
here and i brought it up again because it seemed that she forgot 
about how large the time difference is between her part of Europe and 
here.

By all means, have whatever private chats you want, no need to be 
inclusive, no need to follow Lob's suggestion about getting people to 
agree... the hell with the teamwork that used to characterize 
CurlChat.
