Hi holygeek,
I am looking for a (preferably freeware) XML authoring tool
the idea is to create XML as in a form or easy format (not just in editor)
(XML is a sort of general purpose HTML )
considering how standard this is - have been looking real hard without much success
Good luck to Joyce in her new job.
Thanks for the well wishes, Lob!
It felt great to be back there today, many hugs all around from old friends. :)
Hey that is publishing . . . (information)
What do they use?
Lots of things. Today we just focused on me learning what is used to deal with the ads and keywords on the websites and in the newsletters - Dart and it's adserver systems. I'd rate it highly for commercial sites that include ads... (Yes, i know that ad is a four letter word for some...) Also use Dreamweaver and Flash...
One of the websites assigned to me is very high tech, hardware, software, electronics, design engineering sorts of things... I did a search on the keyword "Curl" and found nothing. Maybe Lob or Friedger would want to write a short piece on Curl?
More reports on other software used as the week unfolds.
love and peace,
joyce
PS - You know what came in handy? The Web Monkey tech tips you sent us, Lob. I printed it and have it hanging on the wall there.
