I have never grown asparagus - the snails would love it . . . I think you wrap cardboard around it to keep it dark (otherwise it goes green) Most of the ones we have are mostly green. Wonderful vegetable. Incidentally we are going elephant hunting in active worlds (be careful - have been trying it out and it seems more stable . . .) How about GMT 20:00 Sunday?
