I have never come across this.
If this has happened recently then a new
program could have done this - have you
just installed active world?

I also find that contacting your ISP (internet Service 
Provider) can be productive.

Sounds odd - you are getting a connection - hardware 
works - software works.

Then something not working
- software.

m m m . . .
