Translated in English it would be something like: Earth is in the middle of the Heaven, which does not blow as the wind, nor flow as water, or burn as a fire; Neither is it static as matter. It was in the middle of a long poem about the cycle of the elements, and here just lifted out of that total display to the space outside Earth where none of that is going on.
