~~~ ha! ;) yes ... perhaps i should leave the doors/windows open when i leave ... that way the mice/squirrels would not have sanctuary ... but of course i would have to then find a way of getting the grouse, turkeys, racoons, skunks, woodchucks out ... unless the fox, coyotes, bobcats, wolves displace them first. i wouldn't really mind except ... they keep such strange hours and i haven't been able to discourage them from leaving *presents* for me. they do like to share when their hunting goes well. and sometimes their *meal* survives long enough to crawl off behind/under something ... before they expire ... and this is always interesting to find once i get the wood stove going and the temp up. always some funky smells to track down. oh well ... keeps the human visitors away so ... which really does render it a refuge/retreat. i guess there is an up side to it all. ;) -ts- ------------------------ Yahoo!
