I broke part of the peace wiki. I centered the dolphin anim and rainbow heading and moved the bullet lines into the section that says what do i do (because it was getting too noisy up top - i was looking for a softer entryway into the room, LOL). I wanted to create an anchor tag to click down to the section where i moved those things, but could not get it to work as an internal link. Help??? Sorry, mea culpa...
