yes.
imagination becomes reality.

i think the Photos page started out to be that.
but make a new one however you want.
There is no need to make a new one... the existing photos page is fine to use for that.
call it Image Garden or something that speaks to you.
place the pics you want where you want.
make the page a work of art as well.
you can be the gardener.
i feel that it is up to people to choose which of their own works to place there, not up to me to choose for them

and have people then comment using the "discussion" tab
that comes up with the image pages when they click on the image.
personally, i prefer no discussion about art or poetry (tho i am horribly guilty of partaking in it myself)
comments can detract the artist from their vision, making them more inclined to want to please the audience than to follow though. it is a risk.
been trying to promote that ...
but as you say ...
it is difficult to find those images.
i lose track and i know where they are. ;)
how is someone new going to find their way?
They click on the peace photos (or whatever we have named it) link on the main page.

it's been that way for a while.
no, it has not. the change i'm talking about is from this morning. the colored boxes did not extend all the way to the bottom. yesterday the colored boxes were centered on the page and there was nice white space below them

try this ...
make a new page as your own sandbox.
type in [[joyceX]] as a link somewhere ...
then click and begin to edit it.
copy the code for the existing main page
to create an alt main page.
play with it. get it like you want.
that way you can show us how you see it.
and you can always go back in history ...
load in an old version ...
one that you like ...
copy that to your page ...
eliminate what you don't like ...
add what you do ...
and see what you come up with.
ts, i feel that we are spending too much time on form and not enough on content. i don't have the time to reinvent new pages. i would rather contribute content and only pay attention to form if something calls to me... but that is just me, everyont has different preferences and priorities and it is the blending of those that makes the whole thing work
