Please find the new version of the draft.
This version addresses Bernie's concerns which includes re-writing the IANA
section. We also referenced the configuration section of the architecture
document and added some references for the transport protocols that can be
used between the HNA and the distributed master or between the HNA and the
Reverse distributed master.

Abstract:
   This document defines DHCPv6 options so an agnostic Homenet Naming
   Authority (HNA) can automatically proceed to the appropriate
   configuration and outsource the authoritative naming service for the
   home network.  In most cases, the outsourcing mechanism is
   transparent for the end user.
