Dear All, The Khmer New Year in Cambodia is coming so soon, start April 14th, 2009 to 16th, the same month. Khmer New Year is one of the biggest traditional festival among a few more.
This year, the government plans to celebrate many activities for cheering up this brilliant event to be the top and let's people to enjoy in the peaceful security in this traditional ceremony. Government is planning many places in the cities for letting all people to be happy together and government is also banning some activities that those can be harm to the people's safe such as not allow to use firecrackers, plastic gun and other dangerous weapon.
