Hello Bear

You will recall that several years ago
I bought you a domain name for a
website and advised you about building
   a site.

I notice that it has now lapsed and opportunities
are being missed. Time and recognition is fast
passing. No one can actually find you.

In return you kindly sent me a large package
of your music. While most interesting and professional
it proved too difficult for me even to read, let alone
play it. I have no appreciation of the quality of its
   musical content,

Can I second the previous posters and urgently
advise you to have a proper website built.
With your compositions available to be
listened to on line as mp3 audio files.
So that listeners can form a reasonable understanding
of the quality of your work. For the most of us, all we
know about it is from your posted descriptions
on this list, giving verbal details of form and
construction. We need to actually listen to them.

   As do your prospective publishers.

This could also be an excellent Shop Front to widely
advertise your music when it is eventually published.

I myself use Sibelius software, and most of my
compositions can be immediately listened to
on my website. Not to mention the considerable
amount of available free downloads. I am sure
that this approach would be very much to your advantage.
   It certainly works for me.

If the quality of your work is up to acceptable
standard, musicians will flock to your site time
and time again, as they are doing to mine. I can
confirm that this approach works in terms of
subject dissemination. Look at the visitor counters.

Personally my line of interest is very specialized,
entirely for the unaccompanied player. Yours may
well be both for the individual instrumentalist and
also for the orchestral fraternity. To this end it might
be to your advantage to subscribe to a wide range
   of music groups.

So come on, Bear, let us all actually hear what you
have to offer. I know the whole List would look forward
   to it.
And it just might attract THE publisher.
