Isn't this (assuming we are talking about the same piece - his second cello concerto has some very solistic parts for both horns, including a very long cadenza like fanfare passage) in the Mason Jones 20th Century excerpt book?
Overall, I second the recommendation of the Thompson complete part, though I must shamefully confess that I have not yet purchased it yet myself.
