>> Speaking of mouth pieces (pun) does anyone know how to
remove stuck screw rim from screw bowl? <<

This is one of the easiest things to do if you have the right tool (a small
rawhide mallet) and know the right technique: Holding the mouthpiece in the
palm of one hand, apply several small, sharp raps to the top of the rim with
the face of the mallet. You may also apply those raps to the side of the
rim while rotating the mouthpiece slowly in your hand. The rawhide mallet
will not mar the face of the mouthpiece, and your hand will absorb enough of
the shock that you will not dent the mouthpiece or take it out of round.
The rim should come free very quickly. It does not usually take more than a
dozen raps to accomplish this.
