Rafael, any horn is blown by a mouthpiece in front & the right hand in the bell, most of the time. If you read this list carefully again, you will find out, that the list is assembled from the study books of Roland Berger & myself, the one solohorn of the Vienna Philharmonic, the other solohorn of the Bavarian State Orchestra for 40 years playing in the State Opera of Munich, both orchestras with longest tradition, both playing under Mozart, Weber, Strauss, Wagner, Mahler etc.
This list is very thought thorough & prepares every horn player from bottom to the solo platform.
