I was in the local book store yesterday and saw a recent book, "WHY MAHLER." The reviews in The Economist was so-so, the Telegraph even less encouraging.
So, as I'm building my Xmas wish list, I'd appreciate recommendation on a decent work on Gustav Mahler.
