After  watching Jonathon's link and seeing the performers listed, and then 
relistening to Claude T. Smith's arrangement it is my belief that what is used 
in Jonathon's video is indeed Mr. Smith's composition, just starting from the 
famous horn chorale section and going through the following chorale section, 
just leaving out the last fanfare at the end.

Someone on this list requested the link to youtube which had the Navy Hymn
played by horns.

That section of the video is actually part of a larger one featuring about
four arrangements of the hymn, "Eternal Father Strong to Save."
