After watching Jonathon's link and seeing the performers listed, and then relistening to Claude T. Smith's arrangement it is my belief that what is used in Jonathon's video is indeed Mr. Smith's composition, just starting from the famous horn chorale section and going through the following chorale section, just leaving out the last fanfare at the end.
