Hello Tina and List,

The vendor list is up to date. They are: Cimarron Music (sheet music),
Hornstuff (Rob Cole who represents Atkinson, Finke, Hoyer and others), Lawson
(made to order custom horns), Osmun Music (Alexander, Finke, Hoyer,
Schmid), Seigfried's Call (B&S, Cornford, Dieter-Otto, Duerk, Lewis&Duerk,
Hoyer,
Worischek). Ken Pope can't make it due to a conflicting gig in NYC.

I will also have several pre-owned Lawsons, a "Lawmaha" which is a 667V
converted to Lawson Acoustic ML Bore, Conn 8D #320440 (one of the first
batch), a "Holson" which is a 179 converted to Lawson Acoustic L Bore (if we
get
it done in time) and probably a Tabard "Cor d'orchestra" with all crooks,
mouthpieces in original case for sale. I would guess there will be other
pre-owned horns on display by the others as well.

I should also point out that this Festival (AKA workshop, bash, blast,
blowout, carnival, commemoration, conviviality, entertainment, fair, feast,
festivities, fete, field day, fiesta, festivity, frolic, gaiety gala, holiday,
jubilee, merrymaking, treat ,glorification, hilarity, hoopla, hullabaloo,
jollification, jubilation merriment, observance, party, performance,
recognition, remembrance, revelry, saturnalia, solemnization, spree, triumph,
wingding and educational experience) is a unique event compared to other
"workshops." Everyone will have equal opportunity to perform in master
classes,
chosen by lottery, with Baumann, Greer and Scully if they wish to apply. I
will be teaching fundamentals to each group, middle-HS, Collegiate and Adult
where everyone will receive valuable instruction. All players who wish
will play and perform in ensembles and we are having the usual solo plus
quartet competitions. There will be solo and ensemble "artist" performances
as
well.

Parking now updated as well.

I am planning to attend this event but I looked on their website and the
vendor list is pitiful. I'm hoping that this is because the website has not
been updated. I'd like to know which vendors are coming and who is bringing
horns to test.

Thanks,
Tina
