Sean,
I highly recommend the arrangements by Gary Slechta. His brass quintet 
is called Riverbend Brass. You can find the music and CDs online at 
http://www.selectapress.com
A brass ensemble I play in has been playing them for about 15 years and 
they are a kick to play. I think they are exactly what you are looking 
for. They are not easy, though, both in terms of rhythm and keys. If you 
have an intermediate-advanced quintet you will probably love them.
