I thought this clip from this morning's Dallas Morning News might interest some of you. It notes that, unlike the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and the Dallas Opera, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra has a balanced budget for the 2011-12 season - but not without cost to the musicians. But, at least, it appears that management and the musicians were talking to each other.
