Ive seen a video of the Konzertstuck with Stephan Dohr Dale Clevenger and a couple of other players from the berlin Phil. The conductor was Barenboim with the Berlin Philharmonic. I dont believe the video is available in the states because the format had to be coverted for me to watch it.
