Olav, How good are these units? For example, if you were to record a concert, would the fidelity on playback be similar to the live performance? Thanks.

I was helping someone put together an audition tape. Sure, it's not like being in a studio (but how many of us really NEED that) but it's pretty convenient and fits in your pocket... I was quite impressed with this little unit. Not exactly what I would call very inexpensive though. I'm sure someone will mention that if it's a really important recording, hire a recording engineer. Good luck! What have been your experiences with making tapes? Thanks in advance, David _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8 with e-mail virus protection service: 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/virus _______________________________________________ post: [EMAIL PROTECTED] set your options at http://music.memphis.edu/mailman/options/horn/otraa%40sympatico.ca _______________________________________________ post: [EMAIL PROTECTED] set your options at http://music.memphis.edu/mailman/options/horn/fred_baucom%40calpers.ca.gov _______________________________________________ post: [EMAIL PROTECTED] set your options at http://music.memphis.edu/mailman/options/horn/archive%40jab.org
