I prefer to deal with Luck's music in Michigan(1-800-348-8749). They have a
nice website at www.lucksmusic.com They have their entire catalog available
on the website in .pdf format. I've found their selection to be the same
as Kalmus as well as having some pieces Kalmus didn't have. The main reason
I prefer Luck's is the service. Every single time I call, the sales reps
are always very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. I also receive the
music in 2 days from when I order. Of course, this depends on your
location. The Dvorak 8 parts are 6.25 each. Good luck finding the Ravel.
Much of his work is avilable on a rental only basis. I also believe that
Luck's has a ten dollar minimum order limit, but Kalmus might have a minimum
order policy too.
