Dear all, Other than the appearance, do you think that gold-plated mouthpieces works differently compared with silver-plated mouthpiece for the same brand and model of mouthpiece? Quite a lot of brass players in my youth orchestra use gold plated MPCs. Which do you prefer, gold or silver plated?
