For my 2 cents worth, I had a Holton 200 a few years ago which for the price of $1800 that I paid for it worked well for me. I felt though that I could replace the quality of the horn quite easily. On the other hand, I had a Pax descant circa 1969 that cost $2k more than the Holton but it was just absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately, I sold the Pax and haven't found another horn like it since then.....stupid, stupid, stupid! Jim
