Once you get the numbering system down, you can then get really clever, pointing with the palm of your hand facing downward (pronated). If you don't squeeze your fingers into a fist, but let them dangle loosely, those that aren't pointing at another person, will be pointing at the floor. But that's cheating, in some people's eyes.
