Clean the inside by moving water quickly through the piping (sometimes with dish detergent and a cleaning snake); soaking in a tub doesn't provide the fluid mechanics for effective cleaning of the interior of the horn. Consider that some bathtubs and sinks have residue of abrasive cleansers that could wash into the horn tubing.
