The C.G. Conn company did that one on their own.They moved to Abilene, on the advice of Ben Thompson, because there was a practically new facility that Reynolds left behind when they went bankrupt. The Conn company was then bought out by Dan Henken who ran the company into the ground by trying to make horns out of the horribly made parts that were being made by inexperienced workers.
