Anyone on the list familiar with who might have been playing horn (and the
rest of the personnel) on the LP album "Metamorphosis: Dynamic arena"
(London Stereo/PS 588). There is a jacket photo of all eight members of the
Detroit SO who play on it, but no ID (and I am not familiar enough to
recognize any of them). Art Krehbiel, Lowell Greer, Tom Bacon?

Hold the presses!! I just did a bit of research to make sure that Tom Bacon
was actually in Detroit and I see that he lists this album in his
discography - "Dynamic Arena" - with Symphonic Metamorphosis, Thomas Bacon,
horn, trumpet, harmonica, autoharp, organ, vocals, and arranger. London
Records, PS588, 1971.

Mystery solved. BTW - there isn't a ton of horn audible on this album but
the first cut on side one, "Earth mover" has some licks that sure DO sound
like the Tom Bacon I'm familiar with from the rest of his albums,
particularly the pop-oriented ones.

FWIW
