I once saw a guy on The Gong Show playing 2 cornets at the same time -- 1 in each hand, double embouchure pucker.

A horn & a trombone would be somewhat trickier, no?

Maybe if the horn & trombone were mounted on a special stand, you could try to maneuver yourself into a semi-contorted position for blowing them both while operating both of them manually, without actually having to support their weight.

Even so, accomplishing that double pucker would be extremely difficult, given the size of the trombone mouthpiece.
