So it appears that I have either a fraudulent horn (which I didn't know existed), or an incredibly rare horn that no one has ever heard of. So I am on a quest to find out any information I can about my horn and this elusive Eastman character. Again, any help would be absolutely wonderful! Thanks,

It would appear that you have a Chinese horn that is likely not very good to begin with. It may be OK for beginning band, but you will probably outstrip its usefulness to you soon. I'd suggest you focus on standard US brands such as Conn, King, Reynolds, Olds and Yamaha (yes, assembled in USA in many instances) among used instruments. You can likely find a decent horn under $1500.00 that should last you through HS and into college or longer if well maintained. You can get new doubles in the $2300 to $3000 range by shopping wisely. [You can get acres of Chinese horns from $200 to $400 each on Ebay.]
