You're welcome again, Justin! I'm glad it has worked for you. Jerry Houston was showing his strap (mounted with cable ties) to the Eastside section last night with similar glowing admiration. In fact, I'm the only person I know of who has tried a strap and not loved it. I think this is because of my very small hands - the strap added a thick layer of leather and cloth between my hand and the horn which made reaching the valve levers uncomfortable. I put on an adjustable duck's foot from Osmun 5 years ago and it has worked well for me, getting rid of the numbness and pain that my pinky finger was experiencing.
