Priceless! It puts me right there. 

Here's a question I haven't seen discussed: How do you count measures without
getting lost? I use my fingers in a bi-quinary mode: thumb down for 1, thumb
down curled for 6. That way I can count to 100 with both hands using the left
hand as the tens digit. 

A slow 8 still gives me problems, like the opening to Shostakovich 5.
