[Hornlist] Symphony rebirths?

I noticed a section listed on hornplayer.net for the San Diego 
Symphony.  I presume this means they are back in operation.  A year or 
so ago there were several orchestras who were going down or were 
threatened with closure.  How are they all now?  Did Tulsa get back to 
work?  Others?  Who's having troubles this year?  None, I hope.
