I wish that list members can gain from Hans Pizka's advice. He has a lot to offer. Regarding the issue of ego, Hans teaches us to perform horn for the love and beauty of the music, not to draw attention to ourselves. Performing music is much more enjoyable doing it the way Hans advises, anyway.
