So, either get the body cut with Giardinelli threads or get the rim made with Lawson threads. I had one of my Vienna horn mouthpieces cut with Giardinelli threads so that I could use my rim. The threads were actually cut over the existing threads, some cross threading but for rim/body it works great and I can choose which rim I want to use depending on how I feel.
